DOUBLE LOCK HYDRAULIC QUICK COUPLER
The Double Lock Hydraulic Quick Coupler is designed to enable fast and safe attachment changes on excavators. It allows the bucket pin grabber to quickly connect a wide range of attachments, including buckets, hydraulic breakers, plate compactors, log grapples, rippers, and more.
The movable front end adopts a sliding design, providing a wider adjustment range and improved compatibility with different attachment pin distances.
The hydraulic control system is equipped with a dual safety locking mechanism, including a hydraulic safety lock that prevents hydraulic oil backflow in the event of cylinder damage or pressure loss. This ensures secure attachment retention and enhances operational safety.
By enabling rapid attachment changes, the quick coupler expands the application range of excavators, reduces downtime, saves labor time, and significantly improves overall working efficiency.
